Hello again Bluestreak, According to the Handbook of Texas Online, EUELL THEOPHILUS GIBBONS (1911-1975)was born on September 8, 1911. "Euell Gibbons, naturalist and television personality, son of Ely (Eli) Joseph and Laura (Bowers) Gibbons, was born into a Baptist family at Clarksville, Texas, on September 8, 1911." "Gibbons died in Sunbury, Pennsylvania, on December 29, 1975, of arteriosclerosis."
