I have 10 employees - we use SBS + outlook 2003
I want to be able to view all the tasks that the employees have in one
place - I know i can create tasks in my own tasks folder (and then I
am the owner) and then assign them to the other employees but the
employees already have many tasks in their own task lists (and they
are marked as the owners of the tasks)

I can't find a way to permanntly switch the owner of a task...

how can this be done? are there other techiniques to manage the tasks
in a way that will give me a quick overview of things ( I already
added all the employees to my outlook but I don't want to open each
employee mailbox)

thanks
