I'm looking for past membership listings for U.S. Congress committees
(both senate and house), including chairmen and subcommittees. 
Current listings are easy to find, but I'm looking for listings that
go back at least a few decades, if not more.

If there's no online source, but you can find a reference to an
offline source that I can then go track down on my own, that'd be good
too.
