I need information on the budgets of, and the DVD and VHS sale and
rental revenues generated by, a handful of low-budget horror or SF
movies, either in their initial couple of years of sales or over their
sales lifetimes to date. (Theatrical revenues would also be nice, but
in many cases these movies will not have received theatrical release,
and in any case I'm not considering theatrical revenues to be an
obligatory part of the answer.)

I also need references or citations for the answers -- magazine
articles, online sources, that sort of thing.

The movies in question? I'd like to know the answers for five or six
from this list, of which at least two need to be from the titles with
asterisks beside them:

     Biker Zombies From Detroit (2001)
     Bog Creatures (2003)
     Bubba Ho-Tep (2002)
   * Cube (1997)
     Dead & Rotting (2002)
     The Dead Hate the Living (2000)
   * Evil Dead (1981)
     Evil Dead II (1987)
     The Mangler 2 (2001)
   * Meat Market (2000)
     The Monster, aka Natural Selection (2000)
     Night of the Demons (1988)
     Parasite (1982)
   * Phantasm (1979)
     Phantasm III: Lord of the Dead (1994)
     Reign in Darkness (2002)
     Sorority Babes in the Slimeball Bowl-a-Rama (1988)
     The Unnameable II (1993)

If you find information about more than six and have to choose between
them, I'd prefer to receive information on titles that made some money
rather than titles that completely tanked.
