How should I proceed to look for a job in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia? I am a US Citizen living in NYC, have 5 years experience in desktop and web application development. Ideally, I would like to work for a large corporation and be paid in USD. However, that's not mandatory. I do plan to visit Kuala Lumpur for 2 months beginning in September 2005. |

US or Europe investors open their branches in Malaysia for mostly 2 reasons 1. Cheap professional labor cost and cheap worldclass infrastructure 2. Woman If you are professional & thinking to work in KL, you have to sacrifices for local currency but you can still get more than in NYC. Malaysia law restricted foreign workers in term of area of expertise and company status. You should not have any problem if want to work with US companies like INTEL, DELL, MOTOROLA etc you can also check www.mdc.com.my skype me flixmill |
