I want to find a free service that will identify the worst performing
stock on the NYSE for each day of the last 20 years.  I can find
today's "worst performing stock" but I can not find the worst
performing stock for (as an example) Oct. 17th 2002 or June 2nd 1994. 
I do not want to go through stacks and stacks of newspapers to get
this information.
