Cell phone, clam-shell-type, from Verizon Wireless only, available in
the Washington-Baltimore area, that has the best Personal Information
Manager (must have fields such as Street Address, Note, Scheduler,
Notepad, etc.), but not a Smartphone/PDA. Camera not a priority but OK

I believe that the Audiovox 8900 has such features.  However, I'm not
sure that Verizon still sells this phone.  I have seen them for sale
on ebay and Verizon would activate it under your service plan for you
though.
