Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased roundtrip airline ticket to Europe through the travel agency. I paid for it and got the ticket. I supposed to leave this coming Saturday on May 14th 2005. It happened that when I called up reservation office 4 days before departure to confirm my reservation I was told that my reservation was never completed by the traveler agent and cancelled automatically. I called the agent to complain about this incident. The agent from traveler agency blames someone at the airline office. The airline representative is saying that was agent?s from traveler agency mistake! I do not know what to do! Where can I get a help. Which agency I can send a complain letter about careless travel agent? What are my rights to get refund for the ticket? My vacations seems to be ruined!Please help! |
