I get pictures and sound on every channel except for 3 and 7. There I
get the pictures but very little sound if any. Have any ides? Is this
a fixable problem or do I need a new VCR? Thank you so much.Stan

The VCR is a JVC model # HR-VP636U  We are located in Richmond, California 94804

If your model has a audio options like hifi, norm , theater or such,
you might try each on the problem channel.  My JVC has it on the
remote so no big thing to try.
