I have a Word Mail Merge question. I have created a post card that has the address on one side and other information that will come from the same record of the data source on the reverse side. My mail merge form has four post cards on one page. In order to use the duplex function of my printer, I have to follow the first four fronts by the first four backs. When I do the merge the addresses come out fine, but the back of the card that should contain other information from the same data record does not. The four card backs (second page) will be filled in, but have the same data on every one of the four. It appears to be the data from the second data record. Does anyone know how I can accomplish this? |
