I need the gross revenue by quarter for the last 8 quarters for the US
- Long distance (toll) telephone services
- Local telephone service
Wireless telephone service

The FCC data on this is skewed and the Yankee Group data does not seem
to take into account verious subsidies.

So I am looking for other independent and reliable sources for these
gross numbers, such as telecom industry analysts.
