My question is about the plantable yeasts.I would like to know thier 
names and advantages.where can I find them?

Here is some information about yeast in general:

If you click on the red fields with "method" on this site:

it will tell how yeat is "grown".
I don't think that the expression "plantable" applies to yeast.
