that is the general direction.  Is there a link or something?  Also, I
was willing to pay for the numbers (as they association wants), but
not necessarily just for the link informaiton.

I can only point you to the website that offers this information. 

If you are interested in the link to this resource , you could lower
the price of your question accordingly.
