Hello Chris:
I would very much like to help you with this ad you are designing. I
have had some experience with marketing for technology products. I
think that our interaction on this question will be a back-and-forth
process, requiring a few clarifications by you. I hope you are willing
to work that way.
Step #1: Clean up what you've got.
I've edited the first draft of what you've written so that the
language/spelling/grammar is correct:
***************draft 2************************
Free Home Theater evaluation with every purchase.
First we teach the Kameleon 8 remote to control your equipment - then
teach you how to control the remote.
A great replacement for lost or broken remotes as well.
Excellent Reviews from ZDNet and PC Magazine.
We need more Certified Home Theater Technicians, Background Check is mandatory.

Step #2: Some New Material
I know you've got limited space, but I think you need some additional
(or better) material to describe the product and your service. Let me
know which phrases below you prefer and I'll try to work them into the
overall ad.
First, we're going to need some more catchy phrases describing what
this remote is about. I've researched the product on the Internet and
have a couple of suggestions:
* Kameleon 8 - the LCD screen magically changes to show only the
buttons you need right now!
* Tired of multiple remotes with dozens of confusing buttons? Kameleon
8 - the One Easy remote to replace them all!
Also, I think you need to make more fuss over the fact that you are
offering customized service here (i.e., programming the remote for
customers). A couple of suggestions:
* Best of all - our trained, certified, bonded (?) technicians will
program the Kameleon 8 for your home theater and then show you how to
use it.
* No learning curve! Our technicians set up the remote for your
specific needs and train you to use it.
Step #3: Some questions
Please answer the following questions for me:
* What type of publication(s) will the ad be running in? What type of
people read these publications? The ad should be customized to the
market it is approaching.
* How much space do you feel you will have for text once all the
pictures are placed in the ad? Do you think the overall number of
words that you put in Draft 1 is all that will fit in the final ad?
* Are your clients supposed to reach you by email or is that address
meant for potential employees only? That's confusing right now. In
fact, you might want to consider separate contact details for the two
things - looks more professional. Maybe oneforallremote@mac.com and
jobs@mac.com....?
Thanks! Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks for the clarifications, Chris.
I'm glad you liked my suggestions. Given what you've told me I would
suggest the following as a possible final text for your ad:
***************draft 3************************
Kameleon 8 - the LCD screen magically changes to show only the
buttons you need right now!
Tired of multiple remotes with dozens of confusing buttons? Kameleon
8 - the One Easy remote to replace them all!
Excellent Reviews from ZDNet and PC Magazine.
For a limited time - Free Home Theater evaluation with every purchase.
No complicated learning curve! Our trained, certified technicians set
up the remote for your specific needs and train you to use it.

If it could all fit, that would be great!
I've separated the three main sections of the ad with blank lines
above. If you could somehow have spacing or horizontal lines between
the sections, I think that would help separate out the important
points. As well, perhaps you could get them to run the request for
technicians at the very bottom of the ad - in one long line under the
pictures as well as the rest of the text. I think that would work
best.
Good luck!
