I'm interested in learning more about how to go about setting up something like the streaming video these guys have done: www.perreoradio.com . Essentially they're using the NullSoft codec to stream music videos 24/7 from the biggest stars in the urban latin music industry. I've gone through a similar process when I was getting my web radio station launched through Live365. In that process, my subscription with them pays for the BMI, ASCAP, & SESAC fees which make my broadcasts compliant with copyright law. Once that is taken care of, I can webcast songs ripped from my cd's so long as I follow the MDCMA guidelines (i.e. can't play more two songs from same cd in an hour, no lilve requests etc...) Where can I learn more about doing this doing this with music videos for these artists? Are there any turnkey licensing solutions for webcasters for this? | |
