I need wholesale pricing information for a recipe I need to cost out
for a restaurant management class I'm taking.  My entire final project
pretty much rests on my being able to get fairly accurate wholesale
information. Unfortunately, wholesalers NEVER give out their pricing
information unless you actually have an account with them, go through
a credit
check, present a business license, etc.

I need the wholesale prices and amounts (to the smallest case) for
butter
button mushrooms
onions
flour
chicken stock
white wine
bay leaf
nutmeg
cornstarch
heavy cream
salt
white pepper
fresh parsley

Sorry -- good point. Central Coast of California. I also thought there
was a way to make this question for twenty-four hours but I don't see
how. I guess the only way is to cancel it after the point of no
return.   ;0)))
