I would like to know if "grow creatures"eg.Grow-A-New
Boss,Grow-A-Brain,are protected by a trade-mark or a patent for the
process of manufacturing these toys(the ones that you put in water an
let them expand).Basically can I make one of these toys in the shape
of say a toaster and register it as Grow-A-Toaster as long as this has
not been done allready of course?
