I purchased a lithograph at an estate sale in Lake Forest, Illinois. 
It is of the Hotel DeVille in Brussells.  A label, written in 4
languages on the back, dated 10/12/65 says "In memory of ten years of
amicable co-operation and as an evidence of gratitude for your three
years of presidency.  Your colleagues of the Special Market
Commission".  It is signed by 18 persons, I can make out Jensen,
Ponel, Dych. Does anyone have any information on what this commission
may be?  Thanks.
