Howdy ericvonk-ga,

Greatly appreciate your patience with this diagnostic process. Usually
the "501 char ..." message means you have an non-allowed character in
one of the email addresses you are using. You will want to review the
email addresses you are using and make sure that only the following
characters are being used in the email addresses:

- the letter a through z in both upper and lower case
- the numbers 0 through 9
- the underscore character _
- the hyphen -
- a period . (just one in a row, not at the start or end of the address)

There are some others, but they are usually used only in special conditions.

A common error is to have an email address such as: 'joe@somefafaqarq.com

The error is the leading single or double quote ' or " that comes from
doing a hasty "cut and paste" operation.

Please review your email addresses and report your results. Thanks!

Looking Forward, denco-ga - Google Answers Researcher
