Q:  Problem- I am a US trained and licensed physician with impeccable
professional record and  four US state licenses  in good standing  for
30 years .I am  American Board Certified  in Internal Medicine and
Board Qualified (not certified) in Cardiology.I applied for Vocational
Registration  for Internal Medicine in New Zealand to Medical Council
Of New Zealand by well supported  application. I was invited for a
meeting  to meet  RACP member physician  who took an accounting of  my
 last 30 years  and  3 months later  informed that my application is
denied and  refused to  recognize  my background and status as a 
Internal medicine specialist .Arguments put forth are all
unfounded,arbitrary,subjective  and  in gross deviation and violation
of all professional standards  of peer  evaluation.
I have already challenged  the decision and report content  as unfair
and highly debatable and prejudiced  and even discriminatory.
I am dealing with the organization who has supreme licensing authority
and  this one man report from RACP is accepted   en bloc by the one
man administrator of Medical council totally rejecting my application 
 which is devastating.
I am in desperate need to have the  report   withdrawn and decision  
reversed in to  a positive one  which is correct and  my application
is correct ,well supported and unquestionably qualifies for the
registration applied for.
What are my effective options including but not limited to legal, and
writing to the New Zealand  Prime Minister?s  office . Which
Government or professional body is over and above  Medical Council Of 
New Zealand   and Royal Australasian College Of Physicians ?both based
in Wellington.??
I need the   full and researched answer with steps to take   from a
New Zealand based and knowledgable expert in this matter ,with
resouirce information.I am also prepared to take the  Involved persons
 and MCNZ  and RACP to the court.
I will provide the text of both the letters I received with names
deleted in compliance with google policy.
