I want to know the best service for paying my bills. I want the following features:
1. I want them to receive all my bills (including paper bills) and
make them available. I can't tell which of the services handle paper
bills and how they do it (do they scan them in? do I change the
billing address to be them?)
2. I want to periodically receive (by email or CD) a copy of all my
scanned bills automatically.
I basically want to have most of my billing such that my physical
address does not matter and I can move without a hassle.

I also want to make sure I have some copy of my actual bill (either
electronic or paper) delivered to me in bulk, periodically.
I know that Paytrust seems to claim to do what I want, but I can't
figure out how they deal with smaller vendors who will not send
electronic bills - where do the remaining paper bills go, and how do I
set that up? Any information on reliability of the service would be
nice too.
