Hi-i am looking for sewing contractors in so. cal., preferably LA. i
design and produce silk, bridal handbags in whites and other light
colors. I would like a contractor that can work with small orders and
is adept at working with whites and silks. I will supply all the
materials and the basic design, i need them to create the samples,
pattern, cut, sew and finish the entire order.
I know there are tons of sewing contractors in LA but i don't know how
to find them! i've joined a few networking sites (tala for instance)
and have had no luck, the yellow pages is impossible too.

hi bobbie 7- thank you for the answer but i really need something more
specific, ie-
? sewing contractors in the los angeles area, i need to be able to
discuss my designs in person.
? i don't want to work with an individual who creates one-offs, i am
looking for a company who can create orders up to 100 pieces at a
time.
? the government list  you sent me could be great, but i would have to
call the companies on the list to find out if they do what i need. i
am trying to avoid doing that.
let me know if you have any other advice.
