I located a year by year summary of the ABC daytime show, General
Hospital for the years you asked for.  Each yearly summary is about
two pages long.

Would these summaries meet your needs?

I also found a very brief (12 lines) General Hospital yearly summary
for each year from 1963 to 1992.

Dear Bigred, 

I located an excellent summary for the years 1983-1999. From 2000 on,
the summary is a monthly summery, rather than a yearly one.

In addition, I also found a yearly summary 1963 - 1992 , as well as a
decade summary for each of the decades. Are you interested in these as
an answer?
