I need to know where I can find manufacturers of US Navy three tiered bunks also known as coffin lockers. Or information on dimensions so i can fabricate my own. Pictures can be found here: 1."http://jackburton.no-ip.com/coffinlocker.JPG" 2. "http://www.cushing.navy.mil/sponsor/BERTHING.jpg" 3."http://www.hazegray.org/features/barry/barry21.jpg" 4. There are numerous naval warships in mothball status in bremerton washington. I slept in one of those "racks" for nearly four years. I recommend getting in contact with "DRMS" http://www.drms.dla.mil/sales/ They sell all used, and unwanted official naval furniture for the Department of the Navy, and the rest of them. This will be your best course of action, short of building it yourself. Those racks are one piece, and very heavy. |
