Employ the Borland IDE to compile (or other suitable c++ program, but
prefferably borland), link and run the supplied program..
  Design, Code and Test functions to add the following additional
functionality:
a).  User to enter a GBP/Euro conversion rate.
b).  Data to be handled in both GBP and Euro values.
c).  Data entry to be error-checked and handled appropriately. 
Notes.  
(i) The completed program must be structured using individual
functions or modules called from main( ).
assume th price of the stock does not include british VAT which should
be calculated at 17.5%
