I am looking for a Thumbnail Handler to get Windows Explorer to
display thumbnails of the first page of a PDF file when I am looking
at the directory using the Thumbnail view.

Someone must have written a Thumbnail Handler to do this, I just can't
find it anywhere.

bigjosh2-ga,

It looks like you got the information you needed from a commenter (who
cannot collect your fee, since he or she is not an official GA
researcher). Is there anything else we can do for you at this point,
or should we consider this question 'closed'?

Thanks.

You need three things to make this happen:

1. Windows XP for the OS (have service pack 2 installed for good measure)
2. Adobe Acrobat 7.0 installed
3. Open the windows containing the PDF's and choose View -> Thumbnails

If this doesn't work, LMK and I will help you troubleshoot. However,
this should work automatically. It does for me.

I'm an idiot. I was looking at the "ICons" view.

Thanks!
