Hi, I would like to consult the report by IMV on 2004 MRI Census.
The contents summary of the report can be found at

The cheapest price I found is when buying through Aunt Minnie

It is 550 dollars.

I would pay up to $200 for the report if I had it for a week. Any
suggestions of where I can find it?

Haven't found any cheaper source than Aunt Minnie.  IMV also charges
$550 for the PDF version of the report ($500 for the hardcopy).  You
might try a radiology department.  As the ASTRO site mentions:

"If you choose to participate in the survey, your facility will
receive IMV's Benchmark Report..."
