We need 3 - 10-15 second music clips of drumrolls and fanfare music,
suitable for presenting three Awards. Ideally, the music should be
cued with the ~ 5 seconds of drum rolls, then ~ 20/30 seconds of
fanfare music (for walking to the stage) - repeated three times.
Also, in a format I can transfer to a CD to play for a presentation
early tomorrow AM. DEADLINE: 5/17/05 11:30 pm PDT. Thank you!

I was able to find one 6-second drum roll. I also found one 6-second
"fan fair" and a 13-second version. But they are not pieced together.

Will this be ok?

Thanks!

If what you have is "ready to go," so I could use any part of it in
the am; I'll take it! Thanks, Mimi

Thanks for the links to the wav files. Now, for a technical question
from a non-techy: how do I transfer them onto a disc so I can "play"
them at tomorrow's meeting?

Hi!

First you must have a cd-burner hardware in your computer. If you
don't then this will be impossible to do. Let's say you have a CD
Burner. You will need this time a CD-Buner software. One of the most
popular is NERO.

Here is a link on how to burn audio cds using NERO.

"Burning an Audio CD with Nero"
http://peripherals.about.com/od/cddvdburners/ss/NeroAudioCD.htm

If you don't have these systems then I suggest that you save the sound
files in a floppy disk. Then take them to a computer shop to burn them
for a fee.

I hope this would be of help to you.

Thanks again!
