I am a merchant located in Poland. I want to open a business selling
ebooks on Ebay. The problem is, most people on Ebay want to pay using
PayPal, and PayPal is not available to citizens of Poland. Therefore
I'm unable to get an account with PayPal.
I'm looking for a way to accept PayPal payments without getting an
account there. For example, CCNow.com accepts PayPal payments, but
unfortunately they don't allow payments for non-tangible items (such
as ebooks, which is exactly what I'm going to sell). Similar service,
but for non-tangible items, would be sufficient for me. Someone also
suggested me that I asked someone with an account to accept payments
for me, but this is very risky (they can run away with the money any
time and I couldn't do anything), so I'm not going to do this.
So, my question is: how can I accept PayPal payments for non-tangible
items without having a PayPal account, in a legal and reliable way? |

Thank you for your comment. If you are referring to setting a maildrop
service in a country which PayPal accepts, then I already know how to
do this. I know how to get an IP address in one of the accepted
countries, mail addres in one of them, credit card in one of them and
bank acocunt in one of them. However, this would involve cheating on
PayPal when it comes to a country where I live, so I don't want to use
this method.
