Where can I find a list of all prescription drugs, with their annual
sales figures, currently still covered by patent in the U.S.?

I can generate lists like this from an online, publicly-accessible FDA
database, that show patent expiration dates (meaning the drugs are
currently patent-protected), but there aren't any easy ways to link to
sales figures that I know of:

Lots of drugs are listed more than once because they're registered
several times with FDA (for different uses, or in different forms, for
instance).

I'm not sure, you might have to compile the final number yourself from
this info, but this might tell you.
