Trying to find ownership/shareholder information for the following
Irish Company:
SIAS (IRELAND) LIMITED, ST ALBERTS HOUSE, DUNBOYNE, NAVAN, IRELAND
Where can I find this information and where can I get it for a
reasonable price?I have tried to register with the Irish Companies
Office but my emails go unanswered. I found a New Irish Companies
Database on ICC site but was denied access to that when I registered.
I know Dun & Bradstreet can provide the information but they quoted
US$150 for a full business information report, and I would have
thought I could get the information another, cheaper way?
Can I?

Dear oteam:

Thank you for your question. I have found a much cheaper way to obtain
the information you were looking for. Lawzone.co.uk offers ICC access
to SIAS's Company Directors and Profile reports. They cost 2.00 and
12.00, plus VAT, respectively. I have posted the list of information
available:

Company Summary for SIAS LIMITED
Previous Names: None
Registered Number: E0904379

Date of Incorporation: 23/08/1988
Last Accounts Filed Date: -
Date of Analysed Accounts: -
Company Status: Not Analysed
Independent: Yes

Reports for SIAS LIMITED

Profile Report
£ 2.00 + VAT

Company Directors Report
£ 12.00 + VAT

Reports

Accounts and Images

Date Type Title
12-Apr-2001 AAC(R) Copy of latest accounting details.

Cost: A single charge of £ 12.50 per day for all documents in this
list.

12-Apr-2001 F12(R) Registration of a company which is a branch of a
European country company.

You will need to register for a new account at Lawzone and do a search
for "SIAS" in the ICC search field. The results should be the third
one down in the list.

Hi blader-ga
Thanks for your answer - you got further than I did!
However I have registered and investigated further and I don't think
any of the reports listed contain shareholder information, which is
the only thing I want - see:
http://www.lawzone.co.uk/icc/icc_sample.html
How do I get to the shareholder info? - it is usually in the Annual
Return

Dear oteam:

Thank you for your clarification request. I apologize for not
checking for the shareholder information in the documents before
posting my answer. After continuing my search, I believe I have found
a better source for information on your company. You can try the
Company House company search engine, which is available from Monday to
Saturday 7:00am to 12 Midnight UK Time. If the company has filed a
Annual Return, you should be able to find it there.
http://ws4.companieshouse.gov.uk/frame.cgi?OPT=free

However, I have done a sample search on the LawZone ICC website for a
different company (Wal-mart Stores), and an annual return was
available for purchase. This leads me to conclude that an annual
return for SIAS has not been filed, elsewise it should show up in your
list of documents.

Hi again
I have finally been able to get in to the Company House database (due
to the time difference), but the Irish company is not listed, only the
UK company. So that is not helpful
I too have come to the conclusion that this information is not
available electronically, and I will have to persist in trying to
contact the Irish Companies Office and get them to fax me the
information - this seems to be very difficult!
Thanks for your help
