Hello,

I need to link to some products on STAPLES.ca on my website.

However, when clicked on, the link prompts you for a postal code.

How can I format my link so the visitors who click on the link will be
taken directly to the product and not to a postal code prompt?

Please not that once you enter in a post code (such as H1S1W1) it will
be stored on your computer as a cookie, and future visits to the
website will take you directly to the product. You will need to
delete your cookies to pretend to be a first time visitor to the
website.

Here are some example links:

Here is something I tried. I turned off cookies completely in my
Internet Explorer and clicked on the first link. After entering the
postcode H1S1W1, the address of the new page contained a really long
code:

http://www.staples.ca/FRA/Catalog/cat_sku.asp?webid=555385&CatIds=6%2C167%2C399&AffixedCode=WW&MSCSProfile=3C79F0C7EA3162B289A6F3317CC124D81A30CA49EB61840D921811D3C8200B08F1573DD759268691834C305E5E04034F87BDE883F5DF051C15319354D4BBFFB1376C5AA338C3A14CBF557519EFA11E9D2D438DE5DA4AC3977E7425DE880851C3826C9E653A1706B7B4918A91849D06238E75733BF95B00CD1AA0BA1937665F512146FE5AFEF77536

This new link appears to go directly to the page you want. I guess the
really long code contains similar information as the cookie would
have.

You may still need to experiment, the links produced may only be valid
for a certain IP address or date range.
