Would you believe, there is a society in Japan to to further recognition and knowledge about Brunel there: http://www.eureka.tu.chiba-u.jp/brunel/theABC/ Mabe that is not for "the sole study of the life and work of Isambard Kingdom Brunel", but pretty close. And they are all geared up with a calendar site to capture all events for Brunel year 2006. |

You should also look into Brunel university in london. this is a specilist Engineering University dedicated and named after Isambard kingdom Brunel. |

As I discovered, Dr. Alex, pages and pages of sites, but I didn't find a society, club or association there that seemed dedicated studing Brunel's life and works. Polishman, you could certainly contact the university and ask. Good luck |
