What would help prevent the spread of bovine spongiform encephalopathy? This question is being asked in a foreign relations/public policy context from the US point of view. Please provide links and citations to sources that would address these factors: - Background information on the occurrences of BSE in the US and Canada. - What have governments including the US and Canada done to combat the spread of BSE? - What are some proposals being made by the scientific community to address the problem? Your answer does not have to be limited to those factors. If there is any other interesting information, please make it be known. Also, please provide a record of queries. Internet searches are welcome, but I would appreciate some peer-reviewed citations. I'm not sure if this price is high enough, so I'll probably tip more depending on the answer. Thanks in advance. |
