I hope somebody can help me. The buttons for volume, channel, and tv
on my sony vaio don't work. Nothing happens when I click on the
buttons below the mouse touch pad. I am able to adjust the volume from
the icon in the taskbar. Is there some kind of feature I may have
turned off? Is it a programming issue? Or, is the there a faulty wire
inside or something?
My vaio is no longer under warranty. It is model number pcg-grt360zg
