Dear Sir or Madam

It is almost seven months since I had a serious car accident and was
badly injured. It was not my mistake as I was driving on highway at
100 kph, having friend of mine next to me, when a crazy car hit the
left corner of my car's back at 160 kph. I lost control over the car
for few moments while it was going to the right out of the road and
hit a big lorry which was stopping right there.
 
I lost consciousness immediately and didn't know how serious the
accident was and what happened to me and my car. The car was write off
and I was seriously injured. Although I was wearing seat belt, it
didn't stop me from hitting the steering wheel. I don't know why.
Perhaps because I didn't apply brakes and my car's seat belt doesn't
work in any conditions without applying breaks. I wish I knew why.
 
I got multiple injuries on my face and body and fractures of skull's
front side including eye's orbits, both nose's bone and cartilage,
maxilla, etc. Also, I got three ribs and some cartilages of my chest
broken, left lung injured and bleeding, as well as right wrist and
pelvis broken. Regarding my friend, his head hit the front and side
glasses, for he was not wearing seat belt, and got very bad injury
which affected his brain and did leave the right side of his body
paralysed for a long time, plus his left leg got multiple fractures.
 
We were taken to a nearby town's small hospital by the ambulance.
There, I was CT scanned, provided with ten litres of blood and
anaesthetized. After almost eight hours, I was transferred to a bigger
hospital in the city by a helicopter, but my friend was transferred
before me to a different hospital  buy by the ambulance.

According to some doctors later, this delay was enough for the right
optic nerve to atrophy under pressure of the soft tissues surrounding
it; hence I lost the vision of my right eye.

In addition, I have not had the upper jaw, wrist and pelvis fixed
properly, the nasal cartilage and tear channels still need operations,
there are some bad scars on my face, hands, neck and under the armpit,
my hair's become dry and coarse, and some other remaining problems.

Now I am looking for more expert and better-qualified medicinal
services out of my country. I'd like you to advise me on the way I can
choose the best country and hospital that meet all my requirements,
and what factors, I should take into consideration to trust them, are.

I don't want you to advise me to go to a specific country and hospital .
