Hi, Entropay or www.entropay.com is a great way to deal with this. It
is based in the UK but I have been using it for quite some time now
without any problems from american sites. I believe it works with
Paypal. You have load the account in GBP, it automaticly converts USD
to GBP so dont worry. http://coinmill.com/GBP_USD.html thats a great
website to help you out with the conversion. It allows you to create
as many virtual cards as you want and only take 5% when you load a
card with money. It is annonomous, so you can enter any name and
adress. It also gives you the added bonus of the ssn number. But you
must be using internet explorer. Firefox or any other browser makes
the website hard to deal with.
