The price you are offering might be appropriate if you wanted one page
of writing. I doubt that anyone will be interested in providing twenty
or more pages in order to earn such a small fee.

I know how important its to choose the best database tool, so im going
to help you in your search.

A little html document with a comparison of Oracle and Microsoft Access:
http://eis.bris.ac.uk/~ccmjs/ora_sql.htm

Now a comparison of SQL Server 2000 with Oracle 9i
http://www.databasejournal.com/features/mssql/article.php/2170201

Something more new SQL SERVER 2005 (yukon) with Oracle 10g:
www.wisdomforce.com/dweb/resources/ docs/MSSQL2005_ORACLE10g_compare.pdf

and finally a MySQL General Information:
http://www-css.fnal.gov/dsg/external/freeware/mysql-vs-pgsql.html

Google Search:
Comparison +SQL +ORACLE +MySQL

I hope it helps.
