I have a windows ME operating system. I deleted some text from a file and then saved it. I need to recover the file to a point prior to when I saved it. I'm unable to use system restore because there was not a restore point after the file had been originally created. I checked the back-up directory and there is not a version of the file in there. Unfortunately, I have rebooted the computer (when checking out the system restore option.) Can you please help me recover the version of the file prior to the last save. It represents many hours of work. Thanks, |

The file itself has not been deleted - just text within the file. What we want to recover is a previous version of the file! Will your Active Undelete recover previous versions of a file that has not been deleted? |
