Hello perfectpitch, The word "Vokal," as a noun, means "vowel." As an adjective, "vokal" means "vocal"; you will see it as part of other words, such as "Vokalmusik," or "vocal music." For more information, see: "8 Ergebnisse für vokal / 8 results for vokal" German <-> English Dictionary [TU Chemnitz] http://dict.tu-chemnitz.de/dings.cgi?lang=en&noframes=1&query=vokal&service=&optword=0&optcase=1&opterrors=0&optpro=0&dlink=self "vocal" LEO [Technischen Universität München] http://dict.leo.org/se?lp=ende&p=/Mn4k.&search=vocal - justaskscott Search strategy -- Searched on dictionaries cited above for: vokal vocal Relied in part on my own knowledge of German. |
