I am trying to locate a site on the internet for confidence boosting.
On the site's main oage there is a pic of a fat bald white guy and if
I remember correctly, he was wearing a mike that was a headset and a
black button-down shirt. What site is this???

I do remember that there were a few testimonials for the product and
that one woman had said "no I have so much confidence that "I CANT
SHUT UP" - something along those lines. Thats all i remember.

Go to Tools->Internet Options
Under Temporary Files select settings
Click View Files
and perform a search or try to find the image
