Please someone, I have been trying to do one particular thing that
seems obvious but I can't do it and I am getting so frustrated. I
have been trying to do this for over a year. Here is the problem. I
will pay the first person to solve this problem $5.00. (Paypal)
Using Emagic Logic audio 5.5 on the PC.
MIDI Drum track is setup. I use my USB Keystation to enter the kick,
snare, HH etc. Using the Matrix editor I set up a 4 bar loop. I
start with the the highhat on the beat. 1,2,3,4 etc. After the first 4
bars, and here is the problem. I want to add the
kick and snare to this part. But what happens is another part is
created over the HH. I can hear but can't see the other parts and it
throws me off. I can stop and double click on the background and all
of the parts show up but what I want is to see all the parts while
they are playing and whilie I am adding parts with the Keystation and
removing them, or moving them with the mouse. I hope that makes sense.
I am sure someone else has worked like this??
If you need me to clarify please ask. I don't understand why this is
so hard to figure out how to do. I have checked and unchecked every
box I can find. So if someone knows please help. Thank you.. |
