I am an individual UK IT contractor with work within Europe. I need
tax advice and would like to talk to English speaking IT contract
agencies, accountants, and tax advisors (often all-in-one agencies) in
Europe in particular (1) London (2) Brussels (3) Dusseldorf or nearby
(4) Amsterdam.  I hope to find a good agency in a country where I can
improve my tax position. I would consider other countries/cities but
these 4 are easier for me to visit in person.

I would like links to agencies in these 4 cities that specialise in IT
contracting for professional individuals or small companies (1-5
people) and provide one-stop-shop services (company formation +
accounting services + book-keeping). I do not want links for companies
that specialise in services for larger companies (>5 employees). Just
web links are ok, i can get contact details from their sites. Links to
relevant business directories would be a bonus.
