Question ID: 525182
I would like to know what is the best (features to cost) solution to
view my PC video output wirelessly and securely on a TV screen.

Preferably no restrictions: for example, the GO VIDEO product here at
http://www.govideo.com/Index.asp?GV=D2740 only allows MPEG video
content to be wirelessly "extracted" from your PC, etc.

Must be buyable or authorized for use in Canada - for example
http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=152088&Sku=G126-1010

Finally, to be complete, the answer must cover how the device can
accomodate the privacy concern - e.g. anykind of encryption between
transmitter and receiver?

Comments welcome.

Thanks,

patrick

Search Criteria: wireless scan converter
http://shop.store.yahoo.com/aitech/pcupkit.html
http://americanmicroresearch.com/1325w.htm

The first one has 4 channels, but adding the word "secure" to the
Search Criteria returns less than useful links.

I think one of the X10 product is what you are looking for, for
"secure", if someone happen to have a some receiver and live within
500 feet to your transmitter, he(she) should be able to watch it
easily.

BTW, I don't think there is a real secure wireless product in the market.
