Question ID: 525403
I use Outlook 2000 for email management and download information from
3 different Pop accounts. My problem is that when I download from an
account and then reply to the email Outlook always try's to email
back through the account I downloaded the email from. I want to have
all my outgoing mail go through a single account, even for replies.
How can I configure Outlook 2000 to make this happen.

The link posted below would requires me to manually remember to select
the outgoing mailbox each time. I want it automatically to default to
go through the single mailbox I choose. Right now it will default on
a reply to go back through the mailbox that I downloaded it from.

You could just tell all the accounts to use the same reply address and
SMTP server. This won't affect any downloads of email, either.
