Who can provide simple 1-2-3 instructions of how to make a house alarm
working with Voice Over IP telephone service and be connected to the
central monitoring station. All references found on
the Internet so far were not usable.
Thanks.

It would be very helpful if we knew what you've already found on the
Internet. That way we won't suggest something that you have tried and
found unsatisfactory.

These are the links that I have found:
http://michigantelephone.mi.org/distribute.html
http://www.mdm.net/web/images/acrobat/MDM%20VOICE%20Home%20Wiring.pdf
http://www.vonage-forum.com/forum9.html

What I am looking for is the step-by-step instructions (take a green
wire and connect it to a red wire, etc.) of how to make it work.

I disconnected an external telco device from the home wiring so my
VOIP line is distributed among all phone outlets inside the house but
getting the alarm to work requires something else, like a line
interrupt, which goes beyond my knowledge.
