I'm new to Forex trading and am currently evaluating the 4xMadeEasy
version 7.0 trading software. The problem I am having is that they
use the terms buying and selling "pressure" without giving any
indication of what is being measured (it's their own proprietary
algorithm). It seems like a cool concept and the charts seem
pretty simple to analyze, so I would like to know if there are some
non-proprietary algorithms/charting methodologies that could explain
this concept of "pressure". (If you include the names of some great
charting tools I can evaluate that use these algorithms/charting
methodologies, I'd leave a nice tip). :)

Don't try to be a forex trader! Please don't try to be one. Unless you
would be willing to take all of your investment capital to Vegas, it's
too risky. You're competing against banks that move billions daily and
hire math PhDs to write new trading algorhythms.

You should be more frightened of the stock market than forex. The
charting software you mention is grossly over priced. The programing
or what ever it maybe is set up for simplicity but only they know what
the measures are.
With every great trading program comes losses, this is where emotion
comes into play. Winning traders understand their biggest down fall
can be emotions.
Do you realy want success in the forex? Then heres your answer.

www.fxcm.com Forex capitol markets offers a trading course it takes 30
days and if you want to open an acct with them they will from time to
time offer it at half price with a deposit into your acct. The regular
price is $499.00. Far less than you will pay for your trading software
and they will work with you online until you become consistently
profitable even after the 30 days.

Have a look at the website, im not an endorser but what they provide
is the foundation for a successful trader not a computer program that
thinks for you!

Enjoy

developed by an actual chicago m trader i would ever recommend, its a
bit complicated at first but once you get it you will never trade
without. The programing is incredible advanced a free 30 days trial
and a huge testimony page. check it out i use it ever day and love
it.. www.wave59.com it will blow your mind!

software should be the least of your worries,
finding a system that works would be the first
thing to do. as far as a 'pressure' indicator,
there are SO many indicators based on SO many
different algorithms that it could be anything.
someone at www.moneytec.com might know,
and they'd probably tell you for free too.

whatever the case, you should never rely on a
single indicator to base a trade on. overall
market condition is important and learning how
to read it before throwing money at it.
trading is great if you're well trained...
