I am looking for an inexpensive option for an MPEG-4 camera or video
server with a serial port (wired or wireless are both acceptable). 
Hopefully the camera or video server would also have 1 or more alarm
(relay) inputs.

For video servers I like the features (but not the $650 street price)

Please review the Axis 241S product so you can see what I expect
feature wise.  I will use this piece of equipment for controlling
homemade robots via the internet (with a mpeg-4 stream upload to the
operator).

Preferable I'd like a top 10 list with the manufacturer's name, the
product number, price, web link to the product, serial port?, number
of alarm inputs (0-4 usually), highest video resolution (example:
768x576 or 352x240), built in wireless?, and if there is an SDK.
