A bill is approved by the U.S. Senate Judiciary
committee on 5/26/05, and the legislation is now said
to go to the Full Senate.  Is there a time frame of how
long it takes till the "Full Senate" votes?

A bill is approved by the U.S. Senate Judiciary
Committee on 5/26/05 ( the asbestos bill - S. B. 852).
The legislation is now said to go to the "full Senate".
When will this issue be voted on, and if it is approved,
when is it effective?
