Oh yeah, Scarlet slapped just about everybody in that movie. First she
slapped the look off Ashley Wilkes? face:
?Ashley Wilkes was the one man she really loved in Clayton County. The
one man she would only love for many years. Ashley did love her, but
his gallant honor would never permit him to admit this. He would marry
Melanie Hamilton, hid cousin, like his family had done for generations
and expected him to do. Scarlett wouldn't, couldn't let this happen.
But it did happen. Scarlett went to the Twelve Oak ball and
surrendered herself with men, trying to make Ashley jealous. Nothing
worked though! She could not make him turn his head from Melly!
Scarlett lured him into the library, while the other girls were asleep
and confessed her heart. Ashley let it slip that he did care, but
refused to leave Melanie. Scarlett slapped his face! Rhett Butler
witnessed the whole scene, from behind the couch and immediately took
an interest in Scarlett.?
Then she knocked the taste out of Rhett Butler?s mouth:
?Scarlett's life was turned upside down once again during Sherman's
march to sea. Melanie had given birth and was extremely weak, Prissy
was a worthless, stupid fool, and Wade was constantly crying. Scarlett
sent Prissy to fetch Rhett, he must help them. As the town began to
burn, Rhett made an eleventh-hour appearance to drive them out of the
burning town. As they reached the outskirts of Atlanta in their lame
horse and wagon, Rhett pulled her out of the rickety carriage for a
good-bye kiss. He was leaving them. In Scarlett's fury she delivered a
hard slap to Rhett's face before he deserted them to the army.?

Later she came at him again, but Rhett was no idiot. He dodged, she
missed and, well?
?Scarlett tells him that she is pregnant, they both say that they
don?t want the baby and Rhett says maybe Scarlett will have an
accident. As he says this Scarlett tries to slap him and falls down
the stairs, and loses the baby.?

And, unless and am mistaken, during the famous Butterfly McQueen scene
where Prissy is called into action to use the midwife skills she
really doesn?t have, Scarlet became angry slapped her face too when
she replied, ?I don?t know nothin? ?bout birthin? no babies?.
